Jonathan Zimmerman is a partner in the corporate group at Faegre & Benson LLP. Jonathan's practice focuses primarily in the areas of securities offerings and regulation, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance for a variety of private and publicly held clients. Jonathan advises medical technology clients on matters as diverse as financing transactions, technology licensing, distribution and manufacturing agreements, development agreements and other strategic partnerships, as well as day-to-day corporate and securities matters. Jonathan also represents venture capital and hedge funds in their investments in medical technology companies.
