Kevin Davies is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Healthcare Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Davies has served healthcare clients exclusively since 1995, and has completed over 90 corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions totaling over $40+ billion across a broad spectrum of healthcare sectors, including medical technology, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals and healthcare services. Prior to joining RBC, Mr. Davies spent over five years at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley and was Head of Medical Technology Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities and at Robertson Stephens.

Mr. Davies received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, a Masters of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
