Terry J. Garfinkle, MD, MBA currently serves as Medical Director of the Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care and Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the North Shore Medical Center, both in suburban Boston. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School and formerly an Instructor of Pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center. He holds medical staff appointments at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Massachusetts General Hospital, North Shore Medical Center and Northeast Health System. Dr. Garfinkle has served as President and a Founding Director of the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery as well as a member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is managing partner of North Shore Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, PC, serves on the Board of Directors of ENT Regional Network, LLC (95 otolaryngologists participating in clinical/pharma research) and the Scientific Advisory Board of Entopica, LLC, a start-up company developing topical therapeutics for otolaryngologic conditions. He also serves as manager of NCMD Realty Holdings, LLC. Dr. Garfinkle and his wife Jill have two children and live in Swampscott, MA.
