Dan Wolf is Vice President of Business Development, Strategy, & Healthcare Economics for Medtronic’s Spine business, where he leads the global team responsible for business development & partnerships, strategic planning & portfolio management, and healthcare economics & reimbursement activities. Previously, Dan served as Senior Director, Corporate Development at Medtronic, where he led multiple transactions including the $1.6B acquisition of Mazor Robotics and the $6.1B sale of the Patient Recovery business to Cardinal. In his ten years with Medtronic, Dan has served in leadership roles in strategy, business development, sales, and commercial operations.
Previously, Dan worked at Evolent Health, a value-based healthcare technology and services company, Point Judith Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, and Piper Jaffray, a global investment banking and asset management firm focused on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance advisory across the healthcare industry. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, MS in Health Sciences & Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and BA from Bowdoin College.
